PROFESSIONAL BIO


Eunice Colmon is a dedicated professional development trainer and inspiring career coach. With over 20 years of experience enhancing organizational and individual success across private and public sectors, she has been requested to address workplace issues in business, government, educational, and non-profit organizations.

Bringing a wealth of classically-trained knowledge to the table, Eunice's enthusiasm and attention to the learner make her a unique developer of human capital. She emboldens aspiring and seasoned professionals to find their passion and empowers them to overcome critical success-blocking attitudes, behaviors, and relationships.

Eunice's career began at Prudential Financial where she served as Training & Performance Consultant managing daily operations of the HR Corporate Training Division. She piloted a Staff Development Counseling Program for over 500 managers, earning mention in Fortune Magazine, and co-designed/facilitated a highly successful, enterprise-wide, five-day Management Practices Workshop. At The Pace Group, Eunice delivered Communication & Customer Satisfaction Workshops for such major clients as IBM, AT&T School of Business, and Melon Bank.

During her earlier tenure with Merrill Lynch, she produced and delivered an Intervention Diversity Program to more than 1,500 employees, and co-designed/presented a four-day international Principled Management Program. Eunice is also credited with conducting Merrill's first intervention-driven Diversity Workshop and comprehensive market assessment that resulted in a competency-aligned Employee Leadership Guide with university, vendor, and internal training methodologies.

Eunice is a certified M/WBE. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy from Montclair State University, and Certifications in MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Individual Directions Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Strong Interest Inventory. She is a New Start Career Network Career Coach and member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and NJ Whine & Dine Networking Group. Eunice is also the founder and former facilitator of the African-American Job Search Group.
